- Provide direct nursing care to patients at home
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical conditions
- Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed
- Assist patients with daily living activities and personal care
- Educate patients and families about health management and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate patient records and reports
- Coordinate with doctors and healthcare teams regarding patient progress
- Respond effectively to emergencies and patient needs
- Ensure infection control and patient safety standards are followed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing
- Valid DHA / DOH / MOH License or Eligibility Letter
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience preferred
- Homecare experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations
