Golden Key Real Estate is a dynamic and growing real estate brokerage in Dubai, specializing in property sales, leasing, and holiday homes management.
We are expanding our short-term rental portfolio and are looking for an experienced Holiday Homes Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of holiday homes, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest communications.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and third-party vendors.
- Ensure all properties meet quality, cleanliness, and compliance standards.
- Optimize listings across platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and other OTAs.
- Monitor occupancy rates, pricing strategies, and performance metrics.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and reviews professionally.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) regulations and licensing requirements.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in holiday homes or short-term rental operations in Dubai.
- Strong knowledge of platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, or similar.
- Familiarity with Dubai holiday homes regulations (DTCM) is preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and the property management system.
