- Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and real estate brokers
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Dubai holiday homes or real estate experience
- Proven ability to bring new property owners and grow the portfolio
- Strong network with property owners, investors, and real estate brokers
- Experience managing Airbnb, Booking.com, guest relations, housekeeping, and operations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
- UAE driving license is preferred
