Position Overview
Maintain cleanliness and presentation across assigned short-term rental units.
Ensure every property is guest-ready, hygienic, well-organized, and aligned with company quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean holiday home units after guest check-out and before check-in.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living areas, and balconies.
- Change bed linens and towels and prepare beds to company standards.
- Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and remove trash.
- Restock toiletries and other essential amenities.
- Report damage, missing items, or maintenance issues immediately.
- Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment properly.
- Maintain cleaning checklists and follow company SOPs.
- Assist with scheduled deep cleaning tasks.
- Support inventory counts for linens and cleaning supplies.
- Ensure units meet DTCM cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Maintain professional conduct with guests and building staff.
Requirements
- At least one year of housekeeping experience is required.
- Previous housekeeping, hotel cleaning, or holiday home experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Physical fitness to perform repetitive tasks.
- Flexible working hours, including weekends and peak seasons.

Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,000 to AED 2,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person.
