Who We Are
- PassBeyond helps successful entrepreneurs, business owners, and their families secure European residency through Greek property investment.
- Founded by Andreas Afeldt, based full time in Athens.
The Role
- This isn't a traditional sales role. We're looking for someone who already moves in the same circles as successful entrepreneurs.
- You will introduce PassBeyond to people in your network, help clients understand the real numbers, real timelines, and real risks.
- Walk alongside clients from first conversation through to permit in hand.
- Build trust through genuine conversation — not scripts or pressure tactics.
- Work remotely with full support from our Athens headquarters.
Who Our Clients Are
- Entrepreneurs, business owners, and investors with capital to invest.
- Self made successes who built their wealth through talent and persistence.
- Often from environments where institutions have failed them.
- Looking for optionality: security, Schengen access, European education, and peace of mind.
- They value relationships over transactions.
What We're Looking For
- Essential: Existing relationships with successful entrepreneurs and business owners.
- Essential: Cultural fluency — you genuinely understand the communities you'd serve.
- Essential: Fluent English (written and verbal).
- Essential: Comfortable with commission only compensation.
- Essential: Integrity — you'd rather lose a deal than mislead someone.
- Highly Desirable: Experience in real estate, immigration, wealth management, or financial services.
- Highly Desirable: Active LinkedIn presence.
