Responsibilities
- Provide technical and functional support for HIS users
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, incidents, and user inquiries
- Log, track, and follow up on support tickets until resolution
- Escalate complex issues to higher level support teams or vendors when required
- Configure and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions
- Assist with system updates, testing, and deployment of new functionalities
- Maintain documentation for processes, known issues, and resolutions
- Deliver basic user training and support sessions
- Gather user feedback and contribute to system improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with implementation and IT teams to ensure system stability and performance
- Shift Handover
- Issues log and tracking
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Health Sciences, Health Informatics, Medical Background, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience in technical support and troubleshooting of HIS or similar healthcare/enterprise applications
- Excellent customer support and communication skills
- Ability to effectively interact with clinical, administrative, and technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with hospital workflows, medical terminology, or healthcare information systems is highly preferred
- Willingness to work on site in Jeddah and Taif
