Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Off-Plan Property Consultant to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
As a commission-based contractor, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the property purchasing process, identifying investment opportunities, and building long-term relationships.
This role involves on-site work, market research, customer engagement, and promoting off-plan real estate projects to potential buyers while achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, skill in Real Estate added advantage , including experience in closing deals and identifying market trends.
- Strong Consulting and Customer Service abilities to effectively understand and fulfill client needs.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to foster relationships and convey information clearly.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and familiarity with off-plan property opportunities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with exceptional time management skills.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role and a valid UAE driving license are advantageous.
