About the Role
Aman Star Information Technology is seeking an IT Hardware Sales Executive with 3+ years of experience in IT/electronics retail sales. You will understand customer needs, recommend laptops/desktops/accessories, explain technical specs, and handle billing.

Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs (usage, budget, preferences) and recommend suitable products
- Explain technical specs in simple terms — processor, RAM, storage, graphics card, frame rate, display, etc.
- Compare products and advise customers on best fit options (gaming, office use, editing, casual use)
- Stay updated on new laptop/desktop models, components, and market trends
- Handle billing, order processing, and after sales queries
- Upsell relevant accessories and upgrades based on customer needs
- Maintain product knowledge across brands and price segments
Requirements
- Good working knowledge of computer hardware — CPU, GPU, RAM, storage, display specs, frame rates, etc.
- Prior experience in IT/electronics retail sales preferred
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to explain technical details to non technical customers
- Valid passport is mandatory
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai (on site role, not remote)
- Presentable, confident, and target driven
