Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular and spot stock counts.
- Reconcile physical inventory with ERP or system records and investigate discrepancies.
- Monitor daily receiving, dispatch, and inter-store or warehouse transfers.
- Maintain accurate inbound and outbound inventory records.
- Track shrinkage, shelf life, expiration dates, and damaged goods.
- Manage disposal procedures for waste and damaged goods.
- Analyze stock turnover and maintain optimal minimum and maximum reorder levels.
- Generate weekly and monthly inventory reports.
- Work with purchasing, logistics, and store managers to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in inventory control, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in ERP software, POS systems, or inventory management solutions.
- Strong Excel skills, including data analysis, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
- High attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail, F&B, or supermarket and grocery operations is preferred.
- Professional working proficiency in English is preferred.
