About the Role
Alliance Print Technologies FZE is seeking a Logistics and Procurement Executive to manage sourcing, procurement, and logistics operations. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and compliance with import/export regulations.

Responsibilities
- Source and procure materials from local and international suppliers in accordance with company requirements
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Planning, and Operations teams to identify purchasing needs and ensure timely order placement
- Obtain quotations, evaluate supplier proposals, and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
- Prepare and issue purchase orders while maintaining accurate procurement records
- Liaise with suppliers to monitor order status, shipment schedules, and estimated delivery timelines
- Follow up on local deliveries and international shipments to ensure on time receipt of goods
- Review shipping and import documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual requirements
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, clearing agents, and transport providers to facilitate smooth import and export operations
- Negotiate freight and logistics rates to optimize transportation costs
- Monitor shipments from purchase order placement through customs clearance and final delivery to the warehouse
- Prepare and coordinate all documentation required for import customs clearance
- Process supplier invoices and ensure timely submission to the Accounts Department for payment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, logistics, or supply chain operations
- Experience in handling both local and international procurement, import/export documentation, customs clearance procedures, and logistics coordination
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross functional teams
- Knowledge of UAE procurement practices and import/export regulations is preferred

Additional Duties
- Maintain and update purchase order records, vendor databases, and procurement documentation.
- Prepare monthly procurement reports, including purchase data for cash flow projections and paperboard scrap reports.
- Prepare material gate passes for local deliveries.
- Process export documentation, including MOFA applications for Yemen shipments and Certificates of Origin (COO).
- Prepare vendor approval documentation and maintain updated supplier records.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent service quality and supply continuity.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, import/export regulations, and documentation standards.
- Perform other procurement, logistics, and supply chain duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Experience in handling both local and international procurement, import/export documentation, customs clearance procedures, and logistics coordination.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with the ability to build effective supplier relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience using ERP or procurement systems is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross functional teams.
- Knowledge of UAE procurement practices and import/export regulations is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay: AED4,500.00 AED5,500.00 per month
