Narendra Infotech is hiring a Lead Designer for a Dubai-based digital marketing agency. The role involves leading creative campaigns, designing digital assets, and collaborating with content and development teams.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with Head of Content and Client Services
- Deliver projects from conception through to completion
- Design creative content to the highest standard using Figma for responsive Desktop and Mobile
- Work with Head of Content for concepts
- Read and understand technical briefs and create content led design
- Produce impactful PowerPoint presentations/pitches
- Work with Motion and Development teams on interactive digital assets and campaigns
- Take responsibility and ownership of work
- Build good rapport with clients and attend client meetings, briefs, and presentations
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of work experience handling B2B & Technical verticals
- Experience as a Senior Creative within agencies or in freelance roles
- Strong portfolio demonstrating critical design principles, flair, and typography
- Highly skilled in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Figma and Photoshop
- Digital design experience with UX methodology
- Fast knowledge of PowerPoint for creating high end presentations
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Experience in Tech/Fintech sectors (preferred)
- Experience using Adobe After Effects/Premiere Pro (preferred)
- HTML/CSS and JavaScript (preferred)

Role Overview
- The Lead Designer will lead and create high level creative campaigns for a Dubai based digital marketing agency.
- Role includes designing reports, eBooks, social media, mobile, UI/X, EDM's, presentations, brochures, infographics, storyboards, and ongoing communications.
Core Responsibilities
- Work closely with Head of Content and Client Services.
- Deliver projects from conception through to completion.
- Must have a digital design background competent in Figma from concept to prototypes for responsive Desktop and Mobile.
- Work with Head of Content for concepts.
- Read and understand technical briefs and create content led design.
- Design creative content to the highest standard.

- Work with Motion and Development teams on interactive digital assets and campaigns.

Mandatory Skills Required
- Experience working within a fast paced agency or freelancing for Agencies B2B and Technical Verticals preferable.

- Highly skilled in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Figma and Photoshop.
- Digital design experience, UX methodology.
- Fast knowledge of PowerPoint, creating high end presentations.
- Ability to work singly and as a team.
