- Own HR and people operations across the US and Europe (employee lifecycle, onboarding, engagement, HR ops)
- Partner with leadership to translate business priorities into execution plans
- Support workforce planning and organizational scaling across regions
- Ensure consistency in HR processes while adapting to local compliance needs
- Act as a key point of contact for employees across geographies
- Help build scalable HR systems, policies, and workflows
- Manage cross border coordination, documentation, and operational support
- Drive execution in a fast paced environment with minimal handholding
- Gradually take on broader business and operational responsibilities
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in HR, people operations, recruiting coordination, or similar roles
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in ambiguity
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across geographies
- Comfort with execution heavy, fast moving environments
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to understand the bigger picture
- Ability to work across US time zones (including afternoon overlap if based in India)
- Exposure to US/Europe HR operations is a plus

About the Role
- We’re hiring for a Country Head’s Office role supporting HR and people operations across the US and Europe.
- This is a high ownership role for someone who wants to work directly with leadership, operate in a fast moving environment, and grow beyond traditional HR into broader business and operational responsibilities over time.
What You’ll Do
