Job Overview
- World One Real Estate LLC is looking for experienced and driven Real Estate Agents to join our rapidly growing team in Dubai.
Compensation Options
- Option 1: AED 2,000 monthly salary + 70% agent commission split, subject to performance target.
- Option 2: Commission only with 50% agent split, no monthly salary.
- Employment visa provided upon first successful deal.

- Manage property listings on Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder
- Negotiate offers and successfully close deals
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Update and manage CRM records accurately
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Real Estate Experience in Dubai (Mandatory)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Solid knowledge of the Dubai property market
- Motivated, confident, and target driven
- Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages are an advantage)
- Must currently be in Dubai or willing to relocate
