About the Role

- Handling enquiries and maintaining client records, maintaining good customer relationships
- Preparing quotes and following up with clients, sales team and updating reports related to quotes
- Providing necessary assistance to clients pre and post sales in coordination with BDEs and Operations team
- Fulfilling formalities with customers (new and old) in terms of payment etc.
- Preparation of work order/off hire notes and coordination with Logistics Dept & Operations team for delivery and collection
- Submitting reports weekly on balance LPO for job repair and other related pending works
- Hire contract posting in ERP
- Preparing monthly profit and loss accounts and balance sheet of additional services like transportation
- Reporting insurance related damage/injury/lost to concerned in house Insurance Coordinator
- Monthly report on number of quotes converted, major quotes in pipeline, lost orders
- Dormant customer chase and update in the system
- Categorize quotes based on probability of receiving an order and update system for follow ups
Requirements
- Minimum one year experience in Heavy Equipment Rental Industry Hire Desk Position
- Good command over English and Hindi languages

Requirements

Compensation
- Pay: From AED 3,000.00 per month
