Highway Engineer - Project Manager

Modesjki and Masters, Inc., is seeking an experienced Highway Design Project Manager to lead and manage highway design projects in Florida.

This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in both technical and leadership capacities, with a passion for delivering innovative transportation solutions for clients.

As a Highway Design Engineer with Modjeski and Masters, you will work on a variety of challenging and rewarding highway engineering projects for a myriad of transportation clients.

• Registered PE in the State of Florida
• Minimum of 15 years’ FDOT Experience and Highway specific projects experience
• A minimum of a BS degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on Highway/Transportation Design from an ABET accredited college or university
• Experience in pursuing and managing multi-discipline projects, including projects with bridge replacement, new bridge alignment, or bridge rehabilitation.
• Client Relationships with FDOT District Four and FDOT District Six.
• Proficient in MicroStation and Bentley Open Road Designer and a familiarity with AASHTO
• Ability to work in a team environment with a professional sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client needs.
• A strong work ethic with the ability to mentor junior engineers.
• Detail oriented with good oral and written communications skills and a fluency in English.
• knowledge of MicroStation's and Bentley Open Road Designer.
• Ability to work in a team environment on related projects.
