Role Overview

The position is part-time and fully remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning and coordination of higher education programs and academic activities.
- Coordinate with faculty, academic administrators, students, and education partners.
- Assist with course schedules, enrollment, academic calendars, and program administration.
- Support student inquiries, academic guidance, and routine student services.
- Maintain student, course, faculty, and program records.
- Coordinate academic meetings, orientations, workshops, webinars, and related events.
- Monitor participation, student feedback, academic activities, and service performance.
- Support curriculum updates, learning resources, and academic documentation.
- Prepare reports, operational updates, and management recommendations.
- Identify improvements to academic processes, student experience, and education services.
