Responsibilities
- Drive regional hematology business growth and market development by guiding sales and marketing teams in executing annual strategies
- Provide technical support and training to regional sales teams and distributors
- Manage lifecycle product management including market analysis, pricing strategies, regulatory registration, product evaluations, and launch strategies
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local Key Opinion Leaders and clinical laboratory associations
- Gather and analyze market trends and sales data to identify and fulfill customer requirements
- Lead and participate in regional exhibitions and seminars, and provide input on localized promotional materials
- Coordinate with regional KOLs on clinical research, scientific studies, and academic partnerships
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Clinical Applications, Clinical Marketing, Product Marketing, or the IVD industry
- Strong English communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Biological Sciences, Clinical Diagnostics, Laboratory Medicine, or a related scientific/medical discipline
- Self motivated, proactive, hard working, and willing to travel frequently across the MEA region

Job Scope
- Guide regional sales and marketing teams to achieve business breakthroughs and expand the hematology portfolio in alignment with annual strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to facilitate customer acquisition, empower distributor teams, and drive impactful marketing promotions.
- Collaborate with the Mindray team to penetrate high end customer segments and expand market influence through targeted promotional initiatives.
- Focus on engaging relevant hospital based clinicians and driving clinician awareness and adoption of Mindray hematology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive regional hematology business growth and market development by guiding sales and marketing teams in executing annual strategies.
- Provide technical support and training to regional sales teams and distributors.
- Lifecycle Product Management: Partner across sales and product teams to drive end to end product management, including market analysis, pricing strategies, regulatory registration, product evaluations/demos, reference site cultivation, and launch strategies.
- KOL & Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and clinical laboratory associations to enhance brand credibility.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market trends and sales data to proactively identify and fulfill evolving customer requirements.
- Event Management & Marketing Collateral: Lead and participate in regional exhibitions and seminars, while providing strategic input on the development of localized promotional materials.
- Scientific Collaboration: Coordinate with regional KOLs on clinical research, scientific studies, and academic partnerships.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Clinical Applications, Clinical Marketing, Product Marketing, or the IVD industry, with experience in clinical laboratories considered an advantage.
- Strong English communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
