Helper Gutter Services

This is the entry point into a skilled trade career with The Brothers That Just Do Gutters . No experience required — we’ll train you.

What You’ll Do

Carry/lift materials, set up jobs, and keep worksites safe and clean

Learn ladder safety, PPE, and basic tool use

Put out the company yard sign at every job

Call the client 15–30 minutes before arrival using the company phone script

What We’re Looking For

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather

Reliability and strong work ethic

Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license

Growth Path

Show proficiency in sign placement + arrival onetime, arrival calls to advance to Apprentice Level 1 . Every level mastered = pay raise + new title.
