Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the driver with on-time delivery of bottled drinking water to customers.
• Load and unload water bottles safely and carefully.
• Arrange bottles at customer locations as required.
• Follow up with customers regarding regular water requirements and orders.
• Support assigned monthly sales and delivery targets.
• Promote sales and identify opportunities for additional customer orders.
• Maintain polite, professional, and respectful customer behavior.
• Handle customer requests and coordinate with the driver or office team.
• Collect empty bottles and handle them properly during delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of bottles and delivery equipment.
• Report customer complaints, delivery issues, and other concerns.
• Follow company rules, safety procedures, and delivery instructions.

Candidate Requirements

• Be physically fit and able to handle loading and unloading water bottles.
• Be responsible, punctual, hardworking, and target-oriented.
• Have good communication and customer service skills.
• Be willing to work in a delivery and customer-facing environment.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi locations and roads is advantageous.
