The Helper supports cradle maintenance, vessel preparation, material checks, and day-to-day departmental operations.
The role works with workers, foremen, supervisors, and management to complete assigned activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist with routine cradle maintenance and prepare cradles for different vessels.
- Maintain effective working relationships with workers, appointed foremen, supervisors, and management.
- Perform foreman duties when required or appointed for individual projects.
- Check materials against required standards and report damage before use.
- Complete work within allocated timescales to meet departmental targets.
- Attend required training and follow day-to-day operational procedures.
- Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.

Requirements
- Ability to assist with routine maintenance of cradles.
