Role : HELPER
Helper assists technicians, fabricators, or operators with material handling, basic machinery operation, and assembly of products like doors and windows.
Responsibilities include lifting and moving materials, cleaning work areas, supporting on-site installation, and assisting with tasks like cutting and loading, usually with high adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- **Material Handling & Support:** Assisting technicians with assembling aluminum profiles, moving heavy materials, and supporting installation on-site.
- **Operation Support:** Assisting with pot tending, anode changing, or metal tapping in manufacturing environments.
- **Fabrication Assistance:** Preparing materials for fabrication, holding parts, and providing tools to operators.
- **Safety & Housekeeping:** Maintaining a clean and safe workspace, including cleaning up scrap materials, sweeping, and maintaining 5S standards.
- **Loading/Unloading:** Assisting with the loading and unloading of raw materials or finished products during delivery.
Requirements
- Physical stamina to lift heavy items and work in a workshop/factory environment.
- Reliability, punctuality, and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic knowledge of, or willingness to learn, aluminum fabrication tools and materials.
- High commitment to safety protocols.
- Salary AED 1200 per month
- Visa, accommodation, and transportation provided by company
- Pay: AED1,200.00 per month
