- University graduate in a scientific major, preferably Biology or a related life sciences field.
- Strong academic writing and research skills.
- Able to handle assignments and projects independently.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and hardworking.
- Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Professional, trustworthy, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Familiar with academic referencing styles; APA is preferred.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and research databases.
