Role Description
- The HELPER role is full time, on site in Abu Dhabi, supporting technicians and supervisors in MEP and fire protection activities.
- Responsibilities include moving materials, tools, and equipment, assisting with basic mechanical/electrical/plumbing tasks, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and helping prepare job sites.
- The HELPER will also assist in loading/unloading deliveries, organizing supplies, and performing simple manual labor tasks.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of construction site work and willingness to learn MEP and fire protection tasks.
- Skills in using hand tools and basic equipment safely, and following technical instructions.
- Ability to follow safety rules, wear PPE, and maintain a clean work area.
- Physical fitness for manual labor, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic communication skills in English, ability to understand instructions and work in a team.
- Prior experience as a helper or laborer is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Punctuality, reliability, and flexibility with work schedules.
- Eligibility to work in the UAE with valid documentation.
