Responsibilities
- Assist technicians and tradesmen with routine maintenance, repairs, and installation tasks
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from work sites
- Perform general cleaning and housekeeping of facilities, common areas, plant rooms, and external grounds
- Carry out waste collection, segregation, and disposal in compliance with company and municipal standards
- Support the setup and breakdown of furniture, fixtures, and equipment for events or office reconfigurations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage rooms, workshops, and utility areas
- Perform minor unskilled tasks such as painting touch ups, moving furniture, and basic ground maintenance
- Report any safety hazards, property damage, or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines and procedures
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Site Supervisor or Facilities Manager
