Role Description

  • We're Hiring: Coordinator (Arabic & English Speaker any nationality)
  • Location: Sharjah
  • Join Alliance Facilities Management as a Coordinator and be part of a dynamic facilities management team.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Ability to manage work orders, service requests, and maintenance records
  • Experience in Facilities Management is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update CAFM records and databases
  • Coordinate maintenance activities and service requests
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams in Arabic and English
  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely closure of work orders
