Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Help Desk Associate role based in Dubai.
The role provides first-line technical and customer support for internal teams and external clients.
Support inquiries and incidents relate to systems, applications, and security solutions.
Responsibilities
- Receive and log support tickets, diagnose technical issues, and escalate complex problems when necessary.
- Guide users through solutions, document resolutions, and maintain accurate support records.
- Collaborate with technical teams, follow service-level agreements, and improve support processes and knowledge bases.
Qualifications
- Strong help desk support, technical support, customer support, communication, and troubleshooting skills are required.
- Familiarity with ticketing and incident management tools and basic understanding of networking, operating systems, and enterprise applications are required.
- Candidates should be able to follow procedures, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced service environment.
- A relevant technical certification or diploma is preferred.
- Cybersecurity or managed services experience, especially in the Middle East and Africa, is advantageous.
