Heavy Vehicle Driver

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and follow the correct route to complete assigned tasks on time.
• Keep the vehicle clean internally and externally and mechanically sound.
• Follow scheduled and preventive maintenance requirements.
• Inspect and maintain oil, fuel, brakes, lights, windshield wipers, water, and tire pressures.
• Maintain a clean driving record without at-fault accidents or traffic violations.
• Keep required work records and report accidents, incidents, and unusual occurrences promptly.
• Assist colleagues and perform miscellaneous assigned duties.

Role Qualifications

• Have proven experience as a heavy driver with 7-ton and 10-ton driving experience.
• Hold a high school diploma or graduation and demonstrate careful driving skills.
• Know UAE roads and traffic rules.
• Have at least five years of relevant driving and customer service experience.
• Have hands-on experience with GPS, AVL units, CB equipment, or similar electronic equipment and software.
• Be able to drive long hours and travel regularly.
• Hold a valid heavy driving license for bus, truck, and trailer driving.
• Truck and trailer driving experience of at least one year is required.
