About the Role
Saudi Landscape Co is seeking an experienced Heavy Trucks Maintenance Engineer to inspect, diagnose, and supervise repairs of heavy trucks and equipment.

Responsibilities
- Inspect heavy trucks and equipment to identify mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults
- Diagnose failures and determine appropriate repair methods
- Assign and supervise maintenance and repair tasks for technicians
- Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance technicians throughout the repair process
- Monitor and manage maintenance work orders through the CMMS/ERP system, ensuring timely completion and proper documentation
- Verify that all maintenance activities comply with manufacturer specifications and company maintenance procedures
- Conduct final inspections and functional tests before releasing vehicles and equipment back to operation
- Ensure quality of completed repairs and minimize repeat failures and rework
- Coordinate with Parts/Warehouse team to ensure availability of required spare parts and materials
- Analyze recurring equipment failures and recommend corrective and preventive actions
- Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare technical reports
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy truck or heavy equipment maintenance
- Experience supervising maintenance technicians and workshop activities
- Hands on experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Strong knowledge of heavy truck mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Leadership and team supervision abilities
- Strong planning, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and engineering drawings
- Good computer skills and experience with maintenance management software
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines
