- Oversee complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical diagnostic and repair processes.
- Manage inventory levels, source spare parts, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Ensure all workshop activities adhere to safety and environmental standards.
- Track workshop performance, maintenance costs, and equipment downtime, reporting to management.
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of experience managing heavy equipment workshops in Saudi contracting companies
- Deep knowledge of major heavy machinery brands (CAT, Komatsu, Volvo, Mercedes Benz) and hydraulic/electrical systems
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field
- Strong team management, communication, and decision making skills
- Good command of English (Arabic is a strong advantage)

About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled, and senior Heavy Equipment Workshop Manager to lead our maintenance facility in Riyadh.
- Oversee a team of technicians and mechanics, ensuring high performance, safety, and reliability of construction fleet including wheel loaders, excavators, bulldozers, and heavy duty trucks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of mechanics, electricians, and technicians.
- Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all heavy machinery.
- Oversee complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical diagnostic and repair processes.
- Manage inventory levels, source high quality spare parts in local Riyadh markets, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Ensure all workshop activities strictly adhere to safety and environmental standards.
- Track workshop performance, maintenance costs, and equipment downtime, reporting directly to management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of solid experience managing heavy equipment workshops within contracting companies in Saudi Arabia.
- Deep knowledge of major heavy machinery brands (CAT, Komatsu, Volvo, Mercedes Benz) and their hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Currently based in Riyadh with a transferable Iqama (preferred).
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong team management, communication, and decision making skills.
- Good command of English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
