Position Overview
- To conduct Performance Assessments of Contractor’s Staff as part of a prescreening process for working on Saudi Aramco projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Heavy Equipment assessments (Backhoe, Bulldozer, Forklift, Grader, Wheel loader, Skid loader, Backhoe loader, Sideboom Telehandler, etc.)
- Perform Crane assessments
- Perform Rigger assessments
- Assist to develop written and practical assessments in their field of expertise
- Ensure that all assessments are completed efficiently and professionally
- Complete the analysis of all assessments
- Take on Mentoring responsibilities as required
- Assist with QA Audits
- Assist with Policy and Procedural reviews and development
- Uphold the EnergyTech HE Certifications Unit Policy
