Responsibilities
- Coordinate the rental of heavy equipment with suppliers and contractors
- Manage and monitor equipment rental contracts, including renewals and amendments
- Process purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) as required
- Follow up on invoices, Service Entry Sheets (SES), and payments with the Finance Department
- Monitor equipment utilization and optimize fleet efficiency to reduce unnecessary costs
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure equipment availability based on project requirements
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on equipment status, contract performance, and payment progress
- Maintain accurate contract records and ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations
- Work closely with Procurement, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth contract execution
