Driving and Vehicle Safety
- Follow UAE traffic safety rules and prescribed speed limits.
- Do not allow standing passengers and stop only in designated safe places.
- Inspect the vehicle daily and report defects immediately.
- Do not drive a vehicle with technical defects.
- Use a banksman while reversing and avoid reversing whenever possible.
- Inform the manager when vehicle registration or driving license documents are nearing expiry.
Safety Equipment and Maintenance
- Check first aid supplies and request missing items from the manager.
- Contact the maintenance department for fire extinguisher replacement and servicing.
- Maintain full adherence to PPE requirements during working hours.
Operations and Compliance
- Ensure agreed client rates are filed and followed from origin to destination.
- Operate according to SOPs and JSAs.
- Comply with EHS, port, customs, local authority, and ADT facility rules.
- Report incidents and accidents immediately.
- Report theft, pilferage, losses, and damages to the appropriate supervisor.
- Follow instructions for timely reporting for loading and offloading.
Role Requirements
- Immediate joiner availability is requested.
- The driver must follow traffic, speed limit, safety, EHS, port, customs, and facility regulations.
- The driver must use required PPE and follow SOPs and JSAs.
- The driver must report vehicle defects, incidents, accidents, losses, and damages promptly.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500 to AED 3,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
