Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Doha for an experienced Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) Supervisor.
The role involves overseeing and managing HVAC operations, scheduling and conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with team members to ensure efficient system functionality.
The HVAC Supervisor will also be responsible for ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance with safety and operational guidelines.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to lead, guide, and manage a team effectively.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in HVAC system operations and maintenance.
- Proven ability in Troubleshooting and resolving technical and mechanical challenges promptly.
- Experience in implementing and executing Preventive Maintenance plans and procedures.
- Excellence in Customer Service, including managing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with service quality.
- Ability to work on-site in Doha and ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
- Formal training or certification in HVAC systems or related technical fields is preferred.
- Knowledge of energy-efficient HVAC practices and systems is advantageous.
