Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and hospitality facilities.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance.
- Replace or repair components.
- Verify proper system operation.
- Respond to scheduled work orders and emergency call outs.
- Document all work performed.
- Communicate clearly with supervisors, coordinators, and clients.
- Follow company procedures and adhere to health and safety standards.
- Support other technical teams on multi disciplinary maintenance tasks when needed.
Requirements
- Strong HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Solid knowledge of preventive maintenance practices for HVAC equipment.
- Practical experience with basic plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems.
- Working knowledge of electricity and HVAC related electrical systems.
- Familiarity with applicable environmental and safety standards (EPA or equivalent regulations).
- Previous experience as an HVAC/AC technician, ideally in residential, commercial, or hospitality environments.
- Technical diploma, vocational training, or trade certification in HVAC, refrigeration, or a related field.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and service reports.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
