Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems, ensuring safe and efficient operation
- Diagnose system issues, perform routine preventive maintenance, check electrical connections, and manage refrigerant levels in line with regulatory standards
- Respond to service requests, provide clear explanations to customers, document work performed, and coordinate with other trade professionals when needed
- Follow safety protocols, maintain tools and equipment, and support the high service quality standards of the company
Requirements
- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues efficiently
- Plumbing skills relevant to HVAC installations, condensate drainage, and integration with building systems
- Preventive Maintenance skills for scheduled inspections, cleaning, and performance optimization of HVAC units
- Knowledge of EPA regulations and safe handling of refrigerants, along with related certifications where applicable
- Electricity skills for working safely with wiring, controls, and HVAC electrical components
- Relevant technical diploma or certification in HVAC or mechanical/electrical fields preferred
- Previous experience as an HVAC technician or in a related building services role highly beneficial
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and equipment specifications
- Strong attention to safety, reliability, and quality workmanship, with ability to work independently and in teams
- Valid UAE driving license and readiness to travel to various client locations within Dubai and nearby areas

Role Description
- The Heating Air Conditioning Technician is a full time, on site role based in Dubai.
- The technician will install, inspect, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
