Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems used in shipbuilding and related industrial facilities
- Diagnose system malfunctions and perform inspections
- Conduct preventive maintenance for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment
- Coordinate repairs for HVAC systems
- Work with plumbing and electrical connections related to HVAC systems
- Document work performed
- Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other technicians to meet project timelines
- Follow company procedures and adhere to regulatory requirements
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements
- Strong troubleshooting skills for HVAC systems
- Plumbing skills related to HVAC installations
- Preventive maintenance skills for HVAC equipment
- Knowledge of electricity and safe work practices for electrical components in HVAC systems
- Familiarity with EPA or equivalent environmental and safety regulations related to refrigerants and emissions
- Diploma or certification in HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related technical field is preferred
- Experience in industrial, marine, or shipyard environments will be an advantage
- Ability to read technical drawings, follow work instructions, and use diagnostic tools and measuring instruments
- Strong attention to safety, ability to work in physically demanding conditions, and willingness to work shifts as required

Role Description
- This full time, on site Heating Air Conditioning Technician role is based in Hyderabad.
