- Revisar y evaluar modelos de IA en salud para relevancia clínica, integridad de datos y adherencia a estándares médicos
- Validar resultados contra guías de salud establecidas y benchmarks de la industria para asegurar precisión
- Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para identificar brechas en el rendimiento del modelo y recomendar mejoras
- Proporcionar retroalimentación detallada sobre limitaciones del modelo, casos extremos y posibles sesgos en aplicaciones de salud

Requirements
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia directa en sistemas de salud, operaciones clínicas o informática en salud
- Familiaridad con regulaciones sanitarias como HIPAA, guías de la FDA para IA médica o estándares equivalentes
- Capacidad para interpretar conjuntos de datos clínicos, terminologías médicas (ICD 10, SNOMED CT) y resultados de modelos de IA
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas con experiencia en evaluación de modelos de IA en salud o dominios adyacentes
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal para articular retroalimentación técnica a partes interesadas no técnicas

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Review and assess healthcare AI models for clinical relevance, data integrity, and adherence to medical standards.
- Validate outputs against established healthcare guidelines and industry benchmarks to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify gaps in model performance and recommend improvements.
- Provide detailed feedback on model limitations, edge cases, and potential biases in healthcare applications.
- Document evaluation findings and contribute to reports that inform model refinement and regulatory submissions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of direct experience in healthcare systems, clinical operations, or health informatics.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, FDA guidelines for medical AI, or equivalent standards.
- Ability to interpret clinical datasets, medical terminologies (e.g., ICD 10, SNOMED CT), and AI model outputs.
- Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating AI models in healthcare or adjacent domains.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical feedback to non technical stakeholders.
