- Review and assess healthcare AI models for clinical relevance, data integrity, and adherence to medical standards
- Validate outputs against established healthcare guidelines and industry benchmarks to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify gaps in model performance and recommend improvements
- Provide detailed feedback on model limitations, edge cases, and potential biases in healthcare applications
- Document evaluation findings and contribute to reports that inform model refinement and regulatory submissions
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of direct experience in healthcare systems, clinical operations, or health informatics
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, FDA guidelines for medical AI, or equivalent standards
- Ability to interpret clinical datasets, medical terminologies (e.g., ICD 10, SNOMED CT), and AI model outputs
- Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating AI models in healthcare or adjacent domains
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical feedback to non technical stakeholders
