- Ability to interpret clinical datasets, medical terminologies (e.g., ICD 10, SNOMED CT), and AI model outputs
- Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating AI models in healthcare or adjacent domains
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical feedback to non technical stakeholders
