Role Description
- The Healthcare Specialist role is a full time, on site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The Healthcare Specialist will provide direct patient care within their scope of practice, support clinical assessments, and assist with emergency response as needed.
- Daily responsibilities may include coordinating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, documenting patient information accurately, and following established medical protocols and safety standards.
- The Healthcare Specialist will also participate in ongoing training, contribute to health education initiatives, and help maintain a high standard of quality and compliance in all patient interactions.
- Collaboration, clear communication, and adherence to local healthcare regulations will be central to success in this role.
Qualifications
- Clinical and emergency care skills, including EMT experience and a solid foundation in general Medicine.
- Strong Communication abilities, with the capacity to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Background in Healthcare settings, with understanding of clinical workflows, patient safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in Training, such as participating in or delivering health education, CPR, or emergency response training programs.
- Relevant professional certification or licensure (e.g., EMT, nursing, or allied health qualification) as required by UAE regulations.
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility to adapt to varying clinical needs and schedules.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills, particularly Arabic, are an advantage.
- Demonstrated reliability, ethical conduct, and commitment to patient centered care.
