About the Role
Almediqa is seeking a Healthcare Recruitment & Business Development Specialist to connect healthcare professionals with providers across the GCC and Europe. The role involves sourcing, screening, and placing candidates, as well as business development.

Responsibilities
- Identify and engage qualified healthcare professionals, including specialist physicians and nurses
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare candidates and healthcare organizations
- Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment activities
- Support business development initiatives across the GCC healthcare sector
- Manage recruitment pipelines and candidate journeys from initial contact through placement
- Achieve and exceed individual recruitment and sales targets
- Represent Almediqa professionally in meetings, conferences, and networking events
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, healthcare staffing, sales, or business development
- Previous experience in healthcare, medical recruitment, life sciences, or healthcare services highly desirable
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales or recruitment targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Fluent English required; additional languages such as Arabic, Swedish, French, or other European languages are a strong advantage
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
- Professional presentation and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Experience communicating with physicians, healthcare executives, or medical professionals is an advantage.
- Self motivated, resilient, and highly organized.
- Fluent English required; additional languages such as Arabic, Swedish, French, or other European languages are considered a strong advantage.
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
