Role Description
This is a full-time Healthcare Recruiter role based in Dubai with flexibility for hybrid work arrangements.
The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end hiring process for clinical and administrative roles in our partner clinics.
Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and sourcing qualified candidates, managing recruitment pipelines, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Additionally, the recruiter will collaborate closely with clinic teams to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting expertise to source and select qualified professionals for clinical and administrative roles
- Proficiency in Hiring and Customer Service to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle and maintain a seamless candidate experience
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate with clinic teams and effectively engage with candidates
- Familiarity with healthcare operations or experience recruiting in the healthcare industry is preferred
- Proactive and organized approach to multitask in a dynamic, hybrid work environment
