Healthcare Quality Officer position focused on healthcare quality improvement, regulatory requirements, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field is required.
- More than two years of experience as a Healthcare Quality Officer is required.
- Experience with Abu Dhabi DOH, JCIA, TASNEEF, JAWDA, or OSHMS healthcare quality standards is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and quality improvement methodologies.
- Ability to perform data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with teams and diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement successful quality improvement initiatives.
- Educate and inspire others to achieve quality improvement goals.
- Identify improvement opportunities and develop action plans.
Compensation
- Pay is listed from AED 1.00 per month.
Workplace
