Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site Healthcare Professional role based in Abu Dhabi.
  • The Healthcare Professional will provide direct patient care, conduct medical assessments, and support diagnosis and treatment in alignment with established clinical protocols.
  • Daily responsibilities include monitoring patient conditions, documenting clinical information accurately, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
  • The role also involves educating patients and families, participating in clinical training and continuing education, and adhering to safety and quality standards.
  • The Healthcare Professional will contribute to improving healthcare outcomes and supporting Burjeel Holdings’ mission to strengthen healthcare systems.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Medicine and Healthcare knowledge, with relevant clinical experience.
  • Candidates should possess EMT skills and experience in emergency response and patient stabilization.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Candidates should possess Training skills, including the ability to participate in and deliver clinical education and awareness programs.
  • Relevant professional licensure or certification as required by local regulations.
  • Degree in Medicine, Nursing, Allied Health, or a related healthcare field.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, multicultural clinical environment.
  • Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and continuous professional development.
