The role oversees daily clinical and administrative operations at a polyclinic in Al Ain and supports efficiency, compliance, patient experience, and business growth.

- Location: Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Operations and Performance
- Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations across all departments.
- Monitor operational KPIs, doctor productivity, patient volumes, center revenue, and departmental workflow.
- Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and business growth.
- Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
Compliance and Insurance
- Ensure compliance with DOH regulations, healthcare standards, and medical licensing requirements.
- Manage and monitor insurance approvals, claims coordination, and related processes.
- Ensure proper implementation of clinic policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Patient Experience and Teams
- Ensure smooth patient flow and high standards of patient experience and service quality.
- Supervise and coordinate reception, nursing, and administrative teams.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, productivity, and departmental workflow.
- Coordinate with doctors and department heads to ensure smooth daily operations.
Growth and Reporting
- Support business development initiatives and revenue growth.
- Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in medical center or polyclinic management in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of DOH regulations and healthcare licensing requirements.
- Good understanding of UAE health insurance systems, approvals, and claims processes.
- Strong knowledge of day-to-day clinic operations.
- Proven team management and leadership experience.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to monitor KPIs and drive operational and revenue performance.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and healthcare or clinic management systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing a polyclinic or multi-specialty medical center in Abu Dhabi or Al Ain is preferred.
- Experience with insurance companies and third-party administrators is preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare quality and compliance requirements is preferred.
