Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of proven marketing and business development experience in the UAE healthcare sector
- Valid UAE Driver's License is highly preferred for field visits across Dubai
- Fluency in English is required
- Hindi language skills are a strong advantage

Role Overview
- We are seeking a dynamic, results driven Healthcare Marketing Specialist to lead patient acquisition, build strategic corporate partnerships, and manage digital presence.
- You will design field and digital marketing campaigns that drive patient to our clinic and expand our in home care and clinic patient base.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Acquisition: Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies, hospitals and local physicians to generate patient referrals for our clinic and home care services.
- Digital Marketing & Social Media: Plan and execute impactful Google Ads, SEO, and social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram and Facebook to drive lead generation.
- Field Marketing: Organize and execute community outreach, corporate health checks and promotional campaigns across Dubai.
- Patient Retention & CRM: Manage patient feedback, implement loyalty programs, and monitor online reviews to uphold the highest standards of patient experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven marketing and business development experience in the UAE healthcare sector.
- Licensing: Valid UAE Driver's License is highly preferred for field visits across Dubai.
- Language: Fluency in English is required; Hindi language skills are a strong advantage.
