Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Healthcare IT Sales Professional role located in Jiddah.

As a Healthcare IT Sales Professional, you will focus on identifying new business opportunities, engaging with healthcare providers, and building long-term client relationships.

Core responsibilities include presenting and demonstrating Medinous solutions, responding to client needs, developing proposals, and negotiating contracts.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and exceed sales targets by delivering tailored healthcare technology solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in healthcare IT or healthcare technology
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and processes (clinical, administrative, financial)
  • Ability to analyze client requirements and propose tailored technological solutions
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets consistently
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Willingness to travel locally for client engagements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, IT, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in international sales or working with diverse healthcare organizations is a plus
