Position Summary
Unno Health Group LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Healthcare Coordinator to support the efficient delivery of patient care services and clinical operations.
The Healthcare Coordinator will serve as a key link between patients, healthcare providers, insurance companies, and internal departments to ensure smooth coordination of care, accurate documentation, and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient appointments, referrals, admissions, and follow-ups across healthcare providers and departments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients regarding care schedules, treatment plans, and general inquiries.
- Liaise with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Manage and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
- Handle insurance verification, pre-authorizations, and claims coordination where applicable.
- Ensure timely communication between patients, caregivers, and healthcare teams.
- Support discharge planning and post-treatment follow-ups.
- Monitor patient flow and assist in resolving scheduling or service delivery issues.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to healthcare data protection standards.
- Assist in quality improvement initiatives and administrative support tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field.
- Previous experience in healthcare coordination, hospital administration, or patient services preferred.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems and clinical workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in medical record systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of insurance processes is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Work Environment
This role is based in Doha and may require coordination across multiple healthcare facilities or departments within the organization.
Pay: Up to QAR640,000.00 per year
