What You'Ll Do

  • Coordinate daily healthcare operations and administrative activities.
  • Support patient service processes and healthcare program coordination.

  • Maintain accurate healthcare records, reports, and documentation.
  • Communicate with healthcare providers, clients, patients, and stakeholders.
  • Assist with healthcare project coordination and service delivery initiatives.
  • Monitor operational processes and recommend workflow improvements.
  • Support compliance with organizational policies and healthcare procedures.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and operational updates for management.

Requirements

  • Experience in healthcare administration, healthcare coordination, medical office support, patient services, customer service, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage schedules, documentation, and operational activities.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and administrative systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Experience within healthcare, consulting, medical, wellness, or service industries is beneficial.
  • Diploma, degree, or equivalent professional experience preferred.
