Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a healthcare or clinical setting
- Certified Health Care Assistant or equivalent qualification (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Empathetic and compassionate attitude toward patients
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
- Proficiency in using healthcare software and EMR is an advantage

Education & Certification
- High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory).
- Certified Health Care Assistant or equivalent qualification (preferred).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).
Experience
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a healthcare or clinical setting.
- Experience working in a patient facing role preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathetic and compassionate attitude toward patients.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures.
- Proficiency in using healthcare software and electronic medical records (EMR) is an advantage.
